Accommodation

For those wishing to stay on either the Friday or Saturday evenings we have organised locally a range of  accommodation to suit all requirements and budgets ranging from on site camping, to the very best hotels locally, in many instances we have been able to secure preferential rates and reserve rooms for you to book, these are available on a first come first served basis and should be booked directly with the hotel, not through us.

Camping This is available on site at £6.00 per person per night, you will be able to pitch your tent or park your caravan and use the modern toilet and shower facilities, there is no electrical hook up.  For those wishing to camp or caravan booking details will be on the main booking form, booking and payment will only be accepted in advance. Children under 17 camp free. Camping for Sunday night is now available at the above rate. Payable on arrival. In order to minimize the burden on our administration we have not issued specific tickets for camping. Each camper will know that they have booked and paid and, in addition to our own records, the camp booking will be recorded on the documentation that you will receive on arrival. Please park where directed on arrival and proceed to the “Booking In” area to collect your “tickets” before you set up camp.
